Yeah, I made it back quicker this time!!!
Sometimes I want a card that isn't just the same old folded in half card. But, I also want something quick and easy. I am demanding aren't I?
This card here is so easy to make and you can still get two of them from one 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of cardstock.
First you want to lay your cardstock down vertically and make a small mark at 5 1/2 inches across the top and then at three inches across the bottom. You don't have to draw the line connecting the marks, I just did it for tutorial sake.
Then you line up your paper at the marks on your paper trimmer and cut. You will end up with two papers like this. Now you need to score the fold lines. It is easiest starting from the longer side (opposite of the way the pic above is - should have flipped it). So, starting at the long edge score at 4 1/4 inches and again at 8 inches. Then fold so it folds like the picture below.
Then decorate as your heart desires. Here is another one I made.
Well, I forgot to flip this picture before posting it, so just turn your screens so you can see them right. Although it is much easier to turn your head.
I am off to the beach tomorrow!!! Everyone have a great weekend :)
